He took the lead in growing the campaign's digital presence, with impactful content on Instagram. Apart from tasks expected of him, he has volunteered in community development such as Saanjh sessions confucted by us. Aziz is a driven professional with an impressive combination of talent, dedication, and energy. During my first visits to India, he played a crucial role in facilitating workshops and bootcamps at Lovely Professional University (LPU), together with his Spark team. From the very beginning, he stood out for his commitment, sharp insights, and his ability to seamlessly shift between different roles and responsibilities. What struck me most was his ability to quickly anticipate changing situations — whether it involved content-related challenges, group dynamics, or logistical issues, Aziz remained sharp, calm, and solution-oriented. This adaptability, combined with his enthusiasm and strong communication skills, makes him a natural leader. I have had the opportunity to teach Har Aziz in Communication, and it’s been an absolute pleasure watching him grow. What has always stood out to me about Har Aziz is his genuine enthusiasm to learn and experiment with new ideas in the classroom. He is incredibly hardworking, always pushing himself to think differently and come up with creative solutions.
